[Old No.7]..... Interior work.

Nice build! Looking good so far.

So have you done any of the fueling upgrades yet? I work for an online diesel parts company. I don't have vendor status so i don't want to put the address.

You could PM it to me... :deal:

I think I buy enough stuff from site-sponsor's, that no one will mind. :D

...and, thank you for the compliment.

Gave up on PayPal too. Anti-gun and the fees. Only use it for paying folks on here and usually send it as a gift.

Amazon mostly now.

Those cab lights look cool.

Yea, they were peesin' me off for a while, but they finally got their ducks in a row.

I looove shopping w/ amazon!

I got my 18v DeWalt 1/2" cordless impact kit, for $150 on Amazon.
They retail for $400. :thumb:

Started stripping the interior.....

I figured I needed to take the headliner out to install the cab lights.
Since I had to remove half the trim, I figured I'd just take it all out and paint it.

And,
If I was gonna go that far, I figured...
Why not pull the seats/carpet, since I have the replacement carpet already?

:D

What transmission is in that thing?

Ive never seen a 7.3 truck that age with an auto before.

I sent a message to the seller, we'll see what happens.

The guy refunded my $, and told me to "keep the grille."
He said things like, "This never happens...", etc.

Suuure it doesn't....

...

On the flip side.... I just got a free grille.

I guess that's pretty cool.

Black carpet is in.... :woot:

I still have to:
- Paint the trim.
- Re-line the headliner.
- Get new seats.
- Put everything back in.

Buckets and console out of a newer truck or bronco should be easy to find, and be a damn near bolt in deal.

I LOVE the bench in my 89 with the fold down center armrest. Most comfortable truck seat design on the planet

I'm gonna start calling around to auto dismantlers....
We have quite a few of those around here.

Who knows... Maybe I'll find an '04 intercooler.
