No Jake, it would not suck the power down because the clutch freewheels until it is ingaged. When the pump would not be running the HP loss would be next to nothing because it is just freewheeling on the clutch. As far as the ARB...you could probably run almost all day on a full air tank and not even need the york compressor pumping and if you did just click it on for 30 seconds to build air back up and then shut it back off. Your 350 has PLENTY of power to run an A/C pump and air compressor york pump at the same time while not moving.
