Simalar to mine that was made for ballons I think, but it's slow. The one you linked to at 150 PSI should fill tires quick.

I don't know much about C02 regs but this is what I will be getting when the time comes. Scroll down about 2/3 of the page to the Hyperflo fixed model. This site is a great resource for C02 stuff and the prices seem to be way better than the Powertank stuff. Hope this helps.

I have the fixed 150 psi from here and it works great! be ready for some shipping charges.... that was my only complaint.... their order form says we ship USPS so no surprises.... took a week to get here and $11 later (if memory serves me correct)... other than that... I love it
