I don't fault you for going with a Ford. Very comfortable truck, quiet inside too.

Just out of curiosity, why didn't you go with one of the Ecoboost F150s?
My buddy has one and it tows just as well as his 04 2500HD with the 6.0.

The Eco boost truck that was equipped the way I wanted was another 3k. Thought long and hard about the Eco boost and part of me wishes I had got it, just wasent in my price range.

I drove one and loved the power just didn't like the car sound to it. Watched a couple videos of guys with 4 inch exhaust on them and still sounded to V6 for me. I like a v8 rumble
