So i ordered the extended brake lines some time ago, finally put them on last weekend (April 2008).

I was really impressed with the quality of the brake lines, good material, no weak points like the procomp ones i've used in the past.
My order was filled correctly, arrived on time and the price was fair.
Everything is included to install the brake lines, just need a few wrenches, and brake fluid.

Down side...
ORD should of take a little time to research which way to point the ends... What i mean by this is, you have to twist the new stainless steel braided line 1/2 turn (180 degrees) to get it to properly route from the frame rail to the caliper... this is due to usign a 20* bend on the caliper end and a notched frame end on the brake line... This doesnt seem like much, but when you turn your wheels in one direction it causes the brake line to bind. And when my axle drops (and it will drop with the 52" spring swap) the brake line WILL brake off... or be severely stretched...

Had ORD simply reversed the caliper end 180 degrees the problem would be solved.
I ended up taking my vari-bit and completely rounding out the hole on the frame (normally key'd so the brake line doesnt spin the hardlien when tightening) so i could spin the brakeline at the frame rail 180 degrees, so the caliper end arrived in a perfect 'swoop' down to the caliper at the correct angle. Now when I turn i get little bind, and still should have plenty length for droop.

Make sence, or did I remble too much?

Good product over all, just think it's an easy fix in their production line, or whoever there ordering them from for re-sale... :wink1:
