Selling the doubler adaptor and 203 range box from my k5. Its awesome, but 3" too long. I'm keeping the 205. All you need is a 205 with the big bearing input (from a th400, or machine turn bearing hole larger.)

The 203 face is drilled for the 6bolt nv4500. The doubler is the 2" up rotation. It's still in my truck but I can get pictures if needed. Check my build thread until then.

$500. in california. Will to drive a reasonable distance to deliver. Will consider shipping, but its heavy. Probably $65+ to ship more than a couple states away.

Very interested. When the range box is bolted to the NV4500, is it centered by anything other than the bolts? is the seal retainer and the hole in the NV4500 the same for an exact fit? Confirm the adapter will bolt to the round pattern 32 spline NP205, and is everything included beside shifter. Only reason you are replacing is the length? Any idea miles/wear since you put it together?

The input seal retainer pilots to the nv4500 adapter. If the adapter is for a round 205 I am interested as well.

The 205 needs to be a figure 8 pattern 205. The range box is centered on the 4500 by the splined input shaft and I suppose the seal retainer as well . The oil seal is on the 203 so the only seal you'll need to add is it is a paper gasket or etc between the nv4500 and the 203 face. I'm only replacing to save 3 inches on the length. The set up has about two trips to Moab on it which is about 4000 miles plus some day-to-day driving so call it 5000.

The 205 needs to be a figure 8 pattern. The 203 is set up to mount to a standard GM round pattern transmission. So if your transmission is already set up for a round pattern transfer case this will pulled up to it.

I just finished building my round pattern 205 because I couldn't find a good deal on a doubler so I just kept the 4500/205 thing going.

This is a good deal for sure.

Thanks for the info, but just like obijuank5, I got a round 205 all bolted up to the 4500, but was interested deeper gears since I'll have to modify driveshafts already. May be interested in the 203 if you'd separate from doubler, but understand that isn't your first option. Good luck with the sale.

I might separate if someone wants only the doubler adaptor, but remember it's only the range box, not the whole transfer case.

Completely understand and hope it sells complete for you. I am still looking local for the hard to find 32 spl 203 for a doubler setup.

My only reservation is not knowing if I'm going to be running the same transmission I am now in 6 months. I will know more in another month and if you still have it then, we'll talk.

No problem, at least I could be sure it was going to a good home where it'll get used. I love the super low gear.

If it's not spoken for and you'd be willing to separate I'd be interested in the doubler adapter. Have to be shipped to 72949. If so shoot me a price, thanks.

Adapter with input gear would be $49 in shipping to 72949. If @Heavyd462 still wants a range box, I can calculate disassembly and separate shipping for that.

Edit: Nothing sold/spoken for so far. I prefer not to mess with dibs and all that. If someone pays for it, it's theirs.

I may have found one local then have to change input and drill face, should know for sure in a few days. Yours is already done and bolt in ready, so it all would depend on price with shipping to 57769.
