ORD parts came in today

I ordered some parts from them and 5 days ago and heard nothing. Sent email yesterday, nothing. Maybe parts are on back order, just like to know either way.

Did you try a phone call?

They had called me earlier this week regarding payment for my order, pretty sure they are there.

I like phone calls, and talking to humans, instant answers every time.
 
I heard so many good things about them, but I have never dealt with them before. Hopefully they will let me know something soon.
 
I just called them, They are open. pm me the info, I will call and check status for you!

A note about email - we're a small growing shop and try as we might, we don't always answer emails in a timely manner. If you have a time sensitive question, you will be better off calling for information. We make ourselves available for our customers as much as possible. Thanks for your understanding.
 
thing i learned years ago with perfect service from ord is CALL :doah:

hate to say it but everytime i do otherwise i am left hanging.

if i call it done in at most 20 min. as i have to wait for stephen to pickup the busy man he is. :thumb:

yes ord is :waytogo:

i know thay are trying. so i work with what works. call :thumb:

Since I've been with ord email responses are almost always same day and someone will ALWAYS answer the phone, this is our busiest time of year and this year has been huge.

We have been much better about email and ck5 contact, and as always we never miss a call while we are open.

i did get my problem solved tho by calling :waytogo:

and not trying to start a WAR but only posting facts.:deal: and being 100% honest with the brother hood here as thay are with me i hope.

I have had nothing but excellent customer service from ORD.....if they can't answer the question right when I call... they tell me they will research it and call me right back....and they always have........:waytogo::waytogo::waytogo:

always hit the mark on shipping and are honest about when they can get the parts out the door to you.....

A simple phone call works wonders sometimes....:thumb:
 
I've never had a bad experience! Quick replies to email, and always answer the phone.

BTW, Chris, I got my SYE brackets! Now to find some time to tear the IFS out and put them in...
