Other trail run ideas for the early arrivers to BB 2018

Every year there is a hand full of people that make the trip out to Moab early, before the event starts, and team up with friends to hit a few trails and take in more of what Moab has to offer. Many people, like myself, turn it into a much longer trip, utilizing the whole week before the Blazer Bash event.
So, those that are planning on arriving early and want to hit a particular trail before the event starts can post up here. Odds are there's a rig or two already in town that would like to team up for a friendly trail run.

Myself, I'll be in Moab by Monday the 3rd and going to try hit some trails that I haven't been on. Maybe Metal Masher, Area BFE, or maybe Kane Creek since I'll be running Golden Spike on Saturday during BB.

I'd love to come down a few days early and enjoy a few more trails but it's tough with the kids in school. We'll have to see how it goes as it gets closer.

Just as an FYI, Area BFE may still be closed in September. They have temporarily closed the park to facilitate some improvements and haven't released when it will reopen.

I'm not going to make it down until Thursday evening since I need to wait for the boy to get out of school.

Cathy and I will be arriving on Wednesday afternoon. Anyone interested in doing Top of the World and/or Rose Garden Hill on Thursday? We have not been on those two. Cliff Hanger could also be fun.
