Random question, what sort of radio adapter do you guys have for a '89 K5? All I can find is Scoshe and I hear that particular adapter of theirs is crappy.

I'm sorry, I meant the dash adapter dohickey. The bits that would make a normal DIN sized radio fit in the stock DIN and a half sized hole. Seems like they have a whole bunch of them.

there are a few different kits. if you go to metraonline.com and click on their install kits and put in the vehicle you can see all the options

Yeah...I see. Trying to figure out wtf the difference is?

Don't need anything special...just using a regular DIN sized CD player when I do it so the adapter doesn't need to be anything special.
