or OD on your star wrench if that is what you use? Not at the shop right now but gotta get something drafted up and need it for clearance issues. Anybody got a socket handy?

may I say, someone please measure an impact socket... Not quite sure where Kert is going with this but I personally hate when I can't get my Impact sockets into a rim.

my guess would be 7/8", 8 luggers being as common as they are.

I lost my caliper set in the abyss of my garage so you will have to settle for a swag measurement here.
My 7/8" Deep impact socket has an OD of just a hair under 1 1/4"

Kert, I got a 4 way lug wrench will that work?

Inch and a quarter for a 1/2 ton lug nut... it says 7/16s on the side of it
