i used krylon ill have to go check the can i woudl now but its outside cold and its like 3:00 a.m. lol the tires are getting pulled for bfg mud grips soon cause they keep splittin in the middle theyre delta mud trac nice tread but they keep splitting for some odd reason

Now you just need to shoot a little flat black on your tranny cooler and ps cooler so those shiny bits don't show through.....

sand it softly clean it prim it paint the colour u like and do 2 or 3 realy light coats and then put on some clear

i use spray bomb on a lot of things

I would like to paint the front grill on my 90, however, I gotz one question. Do you have to sand off all of the chrome or just scuff it up then paint it? also, do you prime it before you paint it flat black?

as for the chrome i dont know some one else will i kno when paint chrome when its on metal all you have to do is scuff it up i didnt use a primer as far as im concered u dont need primer unless its metal or if youre gonna paint a light color over a dark

I think it looks great. I've got my whole front end blacked out except for my lights. Since I took this picture I've painted the trim around the grill and headlights black too.

Everything on mine will be black except for maybe the bowtie, K5 and Silverado emblems. I am thinking of painting them the green that my dif covers hubs are. All rattle can of course.

Looks great. I painted my 90 black too after the chrome stuff started peeling. Made a huge difference in the appearance. I used Rustoleum Hammered. I think i used 120 grit sandpaper on everthing so the paint would bite.
