Allow me to muddy up the water some more...
It looks like there might be custom shackles on the rear of the front leaf springs. If that's the case they may also be adding to the ride height. I would suggest finding someone local to you with a known size lift, park the 2 trucks on level ground and then take a tape measure and begin comparing the two.
As for the rear springs, most have 5 but I have seen some with 7.
