Paragon Land News
Before the rumor mill starts to fly. We want to be up front with all our customers and supporters. Currently Paragon and PCA Corporation (land owner) is in legal dispute over our lease agreement for this property. We have done everything within our powers to honor our agreements with the land holding company, but they are trying to evict us from the premesis so they can sell the property. We are still in business and will remain in business as long as possible and we are fighting this with every measure available.

We know the next question is how can you help. Unfortunately, there really isn't anything you can do. We would however, appreciate everyone's hopes and prayers for a good outcome.

Thank you for your continued support.

Kyle & Stephanie Knosp

That sucks big time.. i was hoping i could wheel the blazer there before it would close.. i hope it doesnt come down to it closing..

What a terrible way to start the year. If the park closes it will be a dark day for the four wheeling community.

I watched an MX park (Antietam) go through the same thing and within 6 months, they were shut down. You can bet there's a few clauses that allow them to take their property back any time they want. If there isn't, I would fire the guy who made and signed the contract (from a business standpoint).

If it really got nasty they could bring in the DNR and EPA and cite erosion and and a bunch of other things. Not going to be an easy battle.

There is always Rausch Creek! But yea any time WE lose a place the weenies win.

man if Paragon shuts down not sure I'd stick with the hobby. Yea there is Rausch, but only on eoption in places to go sucks.

I can't afford to tow states away just for a day of wheeling and get little to no vacation. Whatever, we will have to see where this goes.

When was the last time you went to Rausch? They have expanded and there is a lot of more areas open. The people I have meet that do not like Rausch say it is because they had a personal conflict with a person there.

Frankly I would be willing to wheel there from Ohio once a month if I had another rig to go with me. You now only need two to wheel as a group.
