parnelli jones

Has anyone run a set of the parnelli jones dirt grip tires? I'm thinking of getting a set of the 36x14.5x16's on 16x12 wheels? My rig sees about 90% pavement, so i was wondering about the wear characteristics? Do you think that a 16x12 wheel is too wide for the highway, i don't want to have to fight to keep it on the road!

A friend from back home has that same size on 16x10s on a new 2500HD. They have worn very well for him

The dirt gripz wear great on the road, along with handling good too. A 12" rim is definantly not too wide.
