ordered new rear axle shafts, bearings, add a leafs, front and rear spring bushings, wheel spacers, and a new breather assembly, so sounds like i will spend a good deal of time under the rear of my truck this weekend
any helpful hints or thing to look out for doing this laundry list of projects.
was thinking i would sand and epoxy paint my springs befroe i put them back together, since i will have them out and apart.

HA HA funny you say that about the ratchet. when i first got my Jimmy, i was working on it and the socket slipped and i busted the hell out of my hand. Well, i have a very bad temper, and the jimmy is my beater/offroad truck so i don't care what it looks like.

So anyway i took that damn ratchet and threw it so hard at the fender it went right through the damn rust :-) my neighbor was out side( 70 year old man) looked at me and just walked away and didn't really come outside for the rest of the day. So now while i am working on the truck i don't see him much. I think he thinks i have a temper or something jeeezzz...

79 Jimmy. Pretty much stock right now but in a few months she will be all grow up

YOU FIRST
you come here and help me, and then i will go there and help you,
wait a minute, never mind, i could pay a mechanic cheaper than the cost of the trip, if i were to drive the blazer.
