Does it have a good ground too? Check ground wire with an ohm meter to a known good ground.Has power at the switch.
Connect the motor directly to the battery. Then swap wires to the motor to see if it changes direction.Yeah, that wasn't the issue, I also tried different switches on both doors no luck, could it be the window motor?
Think that is my next step, to pissed at it right now to try today. lolConnect the motor directly to the battery. Then swap wires to the motor to see if it changes direction.
I understand that!Think that is my next step, to pissed at it right now to try today. lol

It sucks when they won’t go down … or maybe it doesn’t.I understand that!
I worked on a buddy's rig and installed new LMC window regulators with motors. Two weeks later, one died amd wouldn't go down.![]()

Getting the regulator out with pressure going up, is a pain!It sucks when they won’t go down … or maybe it doesn’t.![]()
My guess is that the motor itself is still good and just the grease that’s on the gears is dried up. If you’ve ever had one apart then you’ll know what I mean. A little help pulling on the window while operating the switch might work.Getting the regulator out with pressure going up, is a pain!
That tells me that the windings are good. So, just tested the motor directly to the battery, wire just sparked at the battery but no movement from the window from either wire. New window motor then? What brand is better etc.?
Maybe @CK5 is dealing with that situation. My guess is that the motor itself is still good and just the grease that’s on the gears is dried up. If you’ve ever had one apart then you’ll know what I mean. A little help pulling on the window while operating the switch might work.
