Photoshop me a 4 inch lift

Hey guys, picking this thing up tomorrow...
Can you photoshop a 4 inch lift, 35s and a white bottom( just like the black rocker gaurd..

Its an ex-rcmp 4x4 , rebuilt 350/ 700r4... 4:10s and posi I think...super nice burban, silverado captain chair complete interior, rear ac, yada yada

If you can just do the bottom white stripe that would be great... the PO painted over where the decals were, he did a nice job, but I think its ugly... I may even get a vynal decal of the same blue down the hood to fix it up a bit.. cheers
