First thing too do, GET AN EGT GAUGE!
That is a 2nd gen motor with P7100 injection pump. Someone elimiated the intercooler /forums/images/graemlins/eek.gif. Only early 1st gen motors were non-intercooled and had the VE rotary pump, and lower fuel delivery rates.
Good side is you can make mucho HP/TQ numbers with that pump /forums/images/graemlins/woot.gif!

what adapter/tranny is used... the motor looks level to me
what radiator is used... looks like a chevy/modified
looks like it went in with no hood modifications... is there a bodylift on the truck?
what size exhaust is on it....
did you do the conversion or buy it... and hows it run!!!!
