Still a long way to go before it's drivable, but here's the current stance of the truck:

5.7L/700R4/241/D60/14BFF - Detroit/5.13/38"SSR.
Suspension is 5" of lift: 4" Procomp lift springs and 1" EZ-Inch from DIY4x so that I could locate the axles 1.5" forward/rearward on the front/rear respectively.
Here's the truck stock. The lift makes the stocker look like a car!

Sold 'em for $40. A local CK5er had some on his truck, but they subsequently got snapped off on the trail. Whoops!
