on my truck the back window wouldnt go down easy so i pulled the inspection cover off. there is a metal bar that looks like an S that is bolted down in the middle of the gate at the bottom. the plastic mounting tab was broke and the spring was just chillin in the bottom of the gate. Where does the spring go? i replaced the bar and now it makes horrible noises when going up and down and jerks when it does decide to go down.
