pickup trailer builds #1-#2-#3.... #2 got a upgrade today

@Bowtiek10

its a push bumper thingy like a police extra front bumper but for the old fisher speedcast plow setups . they did not make a lot of them . they come out near the end of the old style plow setups just before and during the beginning of the minute mount stuff .

fisher plow mate = http://library.fisherplows.com/fisherplows/pdffiles/6399_121691.pdf

its a summer time unit so you dont need to look at the snow plow headgear / lift frame and lights all the off season .

here is a few pics for ya . winter mode and summer mode .

Well, it looks really good with the CUCV grill. Trying not to sidetrack your thread here, but do you know how those grills hold up with hitting deer or elk? I'm thinking about it for my truck anyway

friend had one on a truck with around 9" lift and 38.5 swampers . hit a deer at 60ish and flexed back to just kiss the hood and then back to normal he said .

i my self have not tested it yet . . . . . and we got deer around here .

and heads up i had to modify the plow frame to clear the cucv grill guard . easy mod tho .

In my experience with white tail deer the CUCV brush guard is meh, anything bigger and it's inadequate. Great for branches and a slow speed bump but that's all it's meant for.

I'm still looking for a old Warn bumper with the hoop but haven't seen one yet, I was thinking about using a CUCV for the time being. Its only a matter of time that I hit something here in Colorado though.
