They surprisingly clear ok. That and the lack of suspension flex I have should keep them from getting cut up too bad this weekend from rubbing.
Bad thing about putting bigger tires on temporarily- it's always hard to want to go back and put the smaller ones on again.

nice. makes me want to get my stepside back :(

Nice i like it..
i got the 42 also on a 4 and a 1 inch body. looks like you have more clearance than me though?
whats the measurement from the axle tube the metal on the factory bump stop if ya dont mind.

Hmmm I'll have to measure that.

It's just generic 4" springs up front, no body lift, and some really enlarged fenders but done in a way that still looks factory by it's shape and they put the factory body lines/roll into each fender. It's going to be close when flexed out, but all I need it to do is get me through this snow run.

I figured this was a poll, probably would've voted for the 42's :pimp:

Could you measure from the ground to the bottom of the frame (not the crossmembers or skid plates)? TIA

All I can say is I like the 42" Iroks. I even tried to get stuck yesterday a few times and couldnt and the snow was making it difficult for the lighter weight rigs that usually go places I can't.

Being the heaviest rig making the run and breaking trail, snow was over halfway up the height of the 42" tall Iroks but it would dig down so far and just keep me going. Slowly but surely. It's going to be hard to want to take them off!

Anyways, since pretty much any music used in videos on YouTube is a copyright violation, you will have to first go to this link for the audio which should be Metallica "My Friend of Misery":

Or if you have the song, play it along with the Poker Run video.

Regardless, use the link above and play the song with the video for it to work.

So if you start the song "My Friend of Misery" at the same time as this video it should work as was intended:

Oh, and mymeasurement from the top of the front axle housing (dana 60) to my bottom of my frame is about 12.25". The factory bumpstop brackets aren't there any more.

Stepside truck looks more like 6" lift to me.
