Just finished up installing the twin stick kit from ORD. It was pretty easy I have to say. I had never torn into a 205 before (or any transfer case for that matter) and it took me about 3 1/2 hours. I went ahead and did a complete rebuild of the unit scince I was in there already. It really is a simplistic design. When all the bearings fell out I paniced a bit but I composed myself.....lol.
The only thing that was lacking were the instructions on replacing the shift rails. Luckily I found some on this site by searching. Everything shifts great and I can't wait to try it out. I prolly wont ever use the front wheel drive but I figured for a $100 why not put it in, cause you never know maybe I'll go crawling one O' these days.

That looks good. I had a twin stick from a different company in my last 205.
I must say the ORD one looks much better thought out.
