4 cans of grabber green engine enamel. I'm gonna get some more cans this afternoon, maybe I'll paint the roof, as I already have prepped it.

That's going to look so much better than the accidential camo that it was before. Post up the finished product for us when you do some more work this afternoon, I'm sure we'll all be glad to see that burb one solid color. ;)

Oh, by the way why did you paint the back of the mirrors and the badges?

Oh hell yah that looks sweet. Your burb is getting there slowly but surely. Good work

Darn, somebody was supposed to pick me up some more paint at the wal mart in thomaston, but they're out.. I'll have to seek other wal marts.. Anywhere besides wal mart charges like 5 bucks a can for that stuff. Wal Mart charges 3.67 a can.

One of my badges has fallen off and I never put it back on, the other one, well I thought it might look cool green :doah:

And I'm painting everything but the reflective part of the mirror... its gotta lok better than crusty white paint and rust :p:

I'm really impressed at how well this paint goes on, and how much a can of it covers :D

i think it would look pretty sweet with gloss black bumpers and mirrors too, i like the green much better than the camo. and by the way i know for a fact that that will not sand off worth a crap!!!!

I didn't get any paint today, but its 100% sanded, no shine left on any of the burb, so the prep work is done, just gotta get the rest of the paint and shoot it on there....

I second that, gloss black bumpers and mirrors.

This is gonna sound crazy, but stay with me.

Stop painting now.

Smash all the windows.

Glue a bunch of feathers to a helmet.

Wear said helmet.

Move to the dessert.

Terrorize the night.

Lookin good! That enamel will hold up to alot. Wish I would of painted my 14bff with it when I had a chance.

:D

Looks good, Heres a trick to getting your overspray off the glass. RazorBlades in one of those little holder deals works great. No messing around with laquer thinner. Dryer it is the better it works
