I realized I never put any pics of my Suburban out there for all to see. Well, here goes.









Bought this baby for $1500 summer '08 when gas was $4.24/gallon. The P.O. stripped out the AC, () and yanked the smog pump and cat. He also replaced the 700R4 with a TH350. It had a really crappy idle when I got it. It'd idle high in Park, but kind of low in Drive. Turns out it was a vacuum leak. Now it idles smooth as silk. I love this beast!

Well the paint is a little thin in spots and the rear axle is starting to make a grinding noise. Looks like it's time to find a 12 bolt or a SF 6 lug 14 bolt. (I like the rally rims on it so I would like to keep them if possible)

Other than that, it's in great shape and it was a helluva buy for $1500. It gets double the mileage of my old Ford, and it hauls the family around with room to spare.

Next on the agenda is a 3" lift with 33's to keep it family friendly and I'm going to make a roof rack for it so I can spread out the gear when we go camping or when I go hunting.
