took all the crap off my 86 350 about 6 months ago and its time to put it all back on, but now i have forgot, can someone show me some close of pics on how it all mounts up?

well i was able to get the alternator on with only a little bit of confusion but the power steering is still throwing me for a loop, everything lines up but there is a small gap between the head and the upper left bolt.

perfect thanks alot thats exactly what i was looking for so now i need to find that little spacer that i was missing. and it wasent to dirty:waytogo:

also what did you use for the spacer on the headers? when i put mine on i had a piece of metal pip that i cut to fit, but i like your set up, i cant tell but is there a nut on both sides of the p/s bracket?

That bolt is from a header bolt kit I believe.. it's got a nut at the flange end and the shaft and then it's threaded.

That little spacer between the PS bracket and head usually isn't what's there. Normally, it's a bolt with a stud on the head of the bolt, and the head of the bolt is what takes up the space. Then obviously, a nut retains the bracket to the bolt/stud.

Anyone got a close up of the bottom mounts for the P/S. I`m hoping the Hydroboost pump isn`t any different than a regular pump.

Any idea on the size of the bolts that go in the head? 3/8ths course maybe? I`ll check into it tomorrow...
