Alright, here are some pictures I snapped at the Chevy High Performance tent today.

Old pickup body(no idea what year, don't know that old stuff) on either a Colorado chassis, may be an S10 chassis, but as far as I know its a Colorado engine:

any pics of the HUGE dodge and red pickup in the background of pic5?

Second that on the red Ford. Any pics of that? Looks cool.

I was living in Massachusetts when the very first 4WD mag event was held at Bloomsburg, so I drove down to check it out. Lots of cool rides, crazy monster truck racing, and it was hotter 'n hell standing around in the sun. :eek1: Some of the neatest rigs there were found outside, in the parking lot.

I kinda dig that red Chevy , inline engine in a truck that originally had an inline engine . I am sure the new one moves a lot better than the original one :D

Never would have thought 49's would look small :eek1: :eek1:

and call me a poser if you want but even though they're totally impractical and pretty much useless--based solely on looks I still kinda like the BIG trucks.

Chevy High Performance Ignition; Hmmmmmmm, it looks familiar
I wonder how much more they charge for it?

holy crap, that rig on 49s is freakin ghey. Nice green shock boots... nice front axle... nice 'V' shaped front springs too. What a big turd.

If I only had the money one of them show trucks got sunk into them to put into mind. Lookout Mount Everest. I like them but useless. It's like have a neon green car. Gets noticed everywhere but can't go off the pavement. Nice Pictures, looks like heaven to me. :)

Alan, I liked all your pics. Why didnt you grab a 70 front? No info on the 6.2 in the colorado?

IT has a 6.2? I didn't realize. I was more focused on the messed up driveline and 44 front axle.

Maybe a Vortec 6.0L bored out a bit? I dunno, just a guess...

I get the feeling that thing's not street-legal in NY, even though it's tagged.
The lettering on the bug deflector sums it up nicely. Looks like a 10B in the rear too. The owner actually spent the $$$ to go hydro on that thing - guess those fairgrounds and trailer decks are hard to drive on...
And while we're picking at it, what's up with those sorta-traction-bar-kinda links from the front crossmember to the spring plates? Seems to me that those, along with the half-circle leaf springs, would pretty much guarantee no front suspension action...

They surley can't drive that thing very fast in four wheel drive. How could you get a decent driveline angle without clocking the diff?

that burb is from guys from around my area.... its pretty freakin sweet.
