whats the pinion nut size for a d60?
Damn, and I would've said 1 1/2".
gay, i have 1 1/4 and 1 3/8. guess i gatta go out and buy one.
1 5/16 is a good size to have, IIRC it fits the sector shaft on the steering box as well
ya, and i already got the bastard size 1 3/16 for the t-case plugs
Dont buy one from Craftsmen. The walls are too thick... I had to get an S&K socket from a local dealer. The socket walls were much thinner than the Craftsmen....
If the walls are too thick, the socket wont fit down onto the nut and between the nut and yoke.
hmm good point
Yah, I will second that. I had to throw my new socket in the lathe and trim it down some to fit. Gotta love turning down a way overpriced socket when you buy it individually.
