please help am desperate for info

Take the pan off. Check the filter. If it's blocked change it. Check where it fits to the valve block, as if it has an air leak it won't work either.

Trans Rebuild

Here's a link to Technical Video.

If you do a trans rebuild yourself I would recommend these video tapes, they are extremely easy to follow and in my opinion give you a good stock rebuild the first time. If you have no other option this might give you one.

I rebuilt my box a couple of months ago so if you need any advice I'll see what I can do. You can email me direct on [email protected] or call me at the workshop in office hours on 02087707865.

If you're keeping the truck it would be worth joining this site. You'll save the joining fee a hundred times over in valuable advice!
Good luck, Mark.

It now sounds like you just put a new motor in, you hadn't mentioned that before. Perhaps the Flexplate (Flywheel) broke or came loose from either the crank shaft or the converter. Remove the inspection cover and check both.

as i said before i stupid female i forgot  can you please tell me what inspection plate where and how to check .

There should be, if it hasn't been removed, a "Tin" cover that bolts to the transmission bell housing, that when removed exposes the flexplate and converter so that the flexplate to converter bolts can be accesed. You'll need to rotate the flexplate or converter by hand to see all the bolts (3 or 4).
