I just bought a used SP125 Lincoln.It didn't have a spool of wire in it and the p.o. had been using flux core.I got a bottle of mig gas and wire for it but am uncertain about the polarity being correct on the transformer.If I remember correctly it has to be changed when switching between the two processes,right?Can anyone tell me how it should be wired for mig.That's all it will be used for.Thanks-Allen

My miller 180 manual shows this:

Flux core:
+ ground clamp
- wire drive lead

MIG(solid wire with gas shield):
+ wire drive lead
- ground clamp

my little lincoln has it written on the side panel that flips up next to the chart. even has a diagram
