This company has poor customer service and wiil not make right on there mistake

I ordered 4 shocks and a track bar bracket from them In early december. They sent the stuff to my OLD address ( which I had updated on paypal and ebay) and now there telling me that since the current resident signed for them . as far as there concerned the transaction is closed and that they deserve a good feedback and were upset with the negative feedback I left .

ebay says I'm right

paypal has it under review

and I'm still with out the parts I need AND paid in full for
 
good to know who to be aware of on evilbay. Sorry about your luck, hope it works out for you. Keep us posted and let us know how it turns out.
 
well my only recourse now is paypal this company told me I was SOL
 
I just had a bad experience myself with ebay. So are you not getting your parts?
 
I think ALL the brother hood needs to select one item to use as the ask a question. We then send them email on it saying "we will be boycoting their auctions due to your poor support of YellowK20(or your eBay id) we will also pass it along the 4x4 boards as well."

Thoughts or any thing anyone can think else?

Shouldn't the packages been fowarded? Who ever signed forged your name.
 
not unless I contact the resident who signed for them and then Pay to ship all the stuff to Alaska .

I posted this on Pirate and all the other boards i'm a member of so I dont think we need an "official boyott"

just wanted to post up to warn others
 
wow that's an excellent point.You could contact them to get your stuff since they signed illegally

no apparently ups just requires a name to prove that is was delivered

my ups guy will just leave my stuff on the back covered porch here no sig needed

I think a few emails will help loosen them off their arses and get them to have UPS pick it up. But it is your call! Remember the squeaky wheel gets action.

I just wanted to warn the rest of you guys I'm hoping paypal will come through and refund my money

How did they get your old address if you updated it? If paypal screwed up they should make it right.

Heres what I think happend .

In 2004 I ordered from Topgunkustomz off ebay when I lived at my old address. I moved from there in 2005 and updated my ebay and paypal info

I think when they punched up my user ID they just spit out the shipping ifo to my old address.


I've ordered probably 15-20 things since then and its all gone to my new address
 
you said your in a pissing match at pirate. is it just me or is pirate always like that? i have stayed away lol so im just curious...but i think paypal should cover it, or even UPS since they let the wrong guy sign for it!

Well if they did that then it's their screwup. You might try asking them to provide proof that they shipped it to the correct address. Once they realize they didn't, they might admit the mistake.
 
I got springs from them before thru eVilbay and never had any issues at all with them.

I would blame Pay Pal and UPS before TGC. But thats just me.
 
I am the "new owner". I bought front and rear springs for my '75 Highboy. I got everything in a quick timely manner and no complaints.
