paypal and ebay have said that my info is correct and that its TGC deal because THEY sent it to the incorrect address

i would def be gettin on the phone with them. get them to show proof they sent it to the right place, you have proof through paypal and ebay you changed your address. therefore, TGC should acknowledge that
I haven't ordered from them, but don't you verify your shipping address on every paypal purchase? Was that the correct address? Did you print the receipt/invoice?
If the address was correct on paypal and they failed to get the correct info - it is certainly 100% their error.

well I have all my documents and yes all my shipping info on my end verifies this so.............
Update: just received another email from them saying they there willing to do the legwork if i'm willing to pay the shipping , its not the result I wanted but its a start

That doesn't sound like TGC. I've ordered from their website several times, but not their ebay store, and have never had a problem with their customer service. They sent the wrong shocks for a buddy's dually once, and they covered everything to get it straight.They even expressed shipped the correct ones on their dime. Granted, I don't deal with them on a regular basis, but I have been pleased when I have. I hope ya'll get it taken care of.

Doesn't sound like them. I ordered the majority of my lift and tires they had excellent customer service when i did it. Also when one of the shocks was broken the expressed it to me on their dime. There must have been a miscommunication within the ebay/paypal and them (or some new guy). sorry that happened to you.

They want you to leave positive feedback as well so they can get their money from paypal. I sell on ebay a decent bit and you need postive feedback from the buyer for paypal to release the money, or after 21 days paypal will release the money. I've never had a dispute but it seems if they haven't released your payment yet because of either condition, they'll probably still withhold it from top gun custom because of the complaint

the guy I'm working with know has been very helpful . but before there customer service reps were rude and unhelpfull I just got another e-mail this morning from them and it looks like it may work out.
If it does I will post up on all the boards and tell everyone exactly how it works out I'm not gunning for anyone here I just want the truth to be told , oh and I want my damn parts LOL

This post and the ones that followed: everyone's hurtin' now. It was easy to absorb the cost of mistakes on orders less than a year ago. Now we all have to scrub the costs big time.

yeah it just sucks when the people who didn't make the mistake ends up paying for it. oh well the light at the end of the tunnel is visible looks like I'll be getting my parts but its gonna cost me about a 100.00 bucks more

well it seems as if its a 3-way f--- up between them ebay and paypal so far the only help I've been giving is by Topgunkustomz

Only if it didn't cost me any more $$$ would I be mildly satisfied. Due to the headache, I doubt I'd order from them again.
yeah I'm pretty much done with ebay and mail order been boned to many times . from know on I'll just buy locally or build my own stuff ( except for buying things from CK5 vendors) it may cost more but at least I'll get the right stuff and the money stays in my community
Just realized I never updated this thread. I did not receive my parts or any refund or any offer of a discount of any type. I do not use ebay anymore, and I warn everyone to avoid topguncustomz.
