not the smallest but not far off. Tim allen had the smallest v8 on home improvement about 10 years ago... was about the size of a credit card but not flat.

Almost a hemi, looks like it but with the valve covers off the rockers are side by side and the plugs are offset in the middle of the valves. All I have to say is that thing is bad ass, freakin thing sounds good too. I wonder what kind of power its putting out and what the effieciency of the motor is. Id want to build a scaled buggy or monster truck for this thing to fit in. That would be sooo bad ass.
