front bumpers
The Hildorado bumper weighed in at a little over 200 lbs without the winch.
(not your average wheeling bumper)!!!
Most are between 100 and 175 lbs depending on the choice of plate thickness, and bars or no bars.
The one on My Sub is 150lbs, and the center section is 5/16 plate.
Winches are heavy enough on their own.
Thsose are nice. How much does that front one weigh? Looks heavy

Mine is made out of 6" and 4" C-channel. The stinger is 1 1/2" DOM and the winch plate is 3/8"

Thanks dude. No haven't done anything. But for some reason it linked the pipe on the blue trucks bumper a lot worse than the others. Same size pipe, not sure if it had anything to do with temperature or not?
Next bumper I wanna try the pack sand inside the tubes and duct tape the ends trick.
As I was reading through this I noticed that there was nobody who did anything with an abomb bumper center from DIY4x like the very first post had mentioned. So here is mine with some custome tubes built off it. It's very simple but functional too
And some of the tubes painted silver. My silver paint blew and my tubes were already starting to rust, so I painted them all black. I kinda like it that way, I may leave it

All of these were winch bumpers/plates I built, except the ford, I just tried to un-ugly it.
