New PSC steering pump this time

So speed or drive slow
Where are you getting the pumps from ?
Be sure and check the bearing for the out put on the transfercase. It could be worn and making noise...unless you know it's gear noise from the rear end... Then I'll be quiet. See y'all soon

The last two were AC delco EP381 from summit. This newest one is a Delphi from napa.

In tank of external?
If external makes sure it's below the bottom of the fuel tank, these pumps don't like pulling fuel much and will go out in short order doing that. If it's below the bottom of the tank it will pull a siphon and get fed fuel easier.
The factory pump in my Yukon lasted 120k before it went kaput, its replacement, an ACDelco unit, lasted only 50k before it went bad, and the entire time it was noticeably noisy and downright loud when it was hot. I replaced it with a Delphi pump and it is silent, I can only hear it if I put my ear near the filler nozzle. It also came with a lifetime guarantee against failure.Internal. The new Delphi pump is absolutely silent. You've got to be right next to the tank to hear anything. I'm pretty confident in this one.
Might also show up, park, walk and take pics on the Sunday...maybe Hell's?
Still coming though...sadly not with the Blazer.

Myself, I'm working on steps backwards:
Don't think I can blame that on the turbo, everything I can come up with (internet, racing friends, etc) says that the pistons/rods/crank/bottom end should let go before a .030" over 4 bolt 350 block. It's kept in my heated garage and it's been mine for 15 years, so 100% it wasn't a problem with water frozen in the block (you never, ever, ever! do that in CO).
My best guess at this point is that it was a thin/bad casting. Doesn't matter in the end, broken is broken.
A Gen III Chevy V8 will replace it, still propane and still with boost. Just got back from a fairly long vacation, hopefully done by August and with some test/tune time before Blazer Bash. Not a lot of time![]()
