I know ... I know..this is the rear... but I may have a lead on a 10.5k mile marker hydro winch.. if I get it for $250 I will be doing the same to my front smittybilt bumper...

NOT mine, belongs to another of the guys in our Yahoo Chalet owners' forum, aftermarket bumper, I assume. I thought it helped the appearance, if you compare it to the "after" photo here http://www.protrucks.biz/beforeafter.htm I'm so used to Chalets with spares hanging off the front, they look funny to me with just the plain ol' grille & bumper. Last I heard, he still had it for sale....

I like the bumper on the black truck. It is the first truck on the video then at 1:35 you can see a real good shot of it. Theres other shots throughout the vid.

The first 2 pics are what it looks like now the third has some tape marking what I plan to cut off to help approach angle. and I plan to mount a winch behind it between the frame rails. Edit: may also go with recievr mount since it would be so easy to incorporate and I could hide it behind my plate.
