I don't know if this is the proper place to start this thread or not. I searched, but couldn't find a thread like this on the entire forum. I must confess that I get a kick out of looking at pics of people's rigs getting hopelessly stuck in sand, mud, snow, ditches, etc. :haha: ... probably because I've been there before and can relate to their predicament. It's always funny when you look back, isn't it?

So if anyone wants to play, feel free to post up.

Oh and since I'm starting this thread, I guess I have to come up with a pic of me stuck or no one will want to participate. :D

I don't know how many times I got stuck in mud in the days before they invented phones with cameras in them, but here's one from my 30th birthday a few years back. I decided to take my birthday off from work and drive through this deep water hole "since I'm too old to be scared of getting stuck now."

I went out and bought one the next day. After having to hire a guy with a winch to pull me out. :haha: I would have mounted it up to the bumper and used it right then, but I didn't feel like holding my breath in that cold, muddy water while I tightened the bolts up.

It was on a narrow little dirt road on a bluff above the Ocmulgee on the edge of the Bond Swamp outside Macon. That whole area floods several times a year. I thought about leaving the truck out there to see if the hole would dry up enough to drive out in a few days, but it's a good thing I didn't because the river flooded a couple weeks later and you couldn't get to within a mile of that spot. The whole truck would have been under water.

Hmm yeah I haven't ever been up there, I have heard many stories about bond swamp though. We ride to the landings on the river regularly on the weekends.

this was a 3 way stuck a JK you cant see my zuk and a V8 powerd range rover,
we all needed to winch out of the bog and then up a clay hill to get out

I have lots of these. I usually have time to take pictures while waiting for someone to pull me out.

Just the way this mud was really really thick and bottomless. I was at about 10" of lift and 40s at this time.

Snow stuck broke through the crust and that was it, pure powder about 5 ft deep

I was definately stuck here

I don't mind having a bunch of these threads seems a new one pops up every year or so. I love posting pics of me messing up LOL

Best stories usually come from stucks and I got plenty of stories.

My motto is, If your not getting stuck your not trying hard enough"!

Marty, You're sunk so bad in that last pic that it looks like only a truck body lying out on the snow.

Thanks for posting your pics fellas! Keep 'em coming! I knew I wasn't the only one to ever get stuck on this site.

This is a favorite of mine, it's my Blazer (15" & 44 Boggers) just when it belonged to Ratzilla.
