Powder Coat the whole truck?

as a body guy, that's beyond scary.....

I thought for sure the hood was repairable and that you'd tell me how to fix it. :whistle:

Luckily I found some original dent/rust free sheet metal. Some of those parts I coated were cheap aftermarket sheet metal so I knew how to identify imitations. Picked up a doghouse for $75 and two doors for $150, just need the rear quarter panel. All sheet metal was thoroughly checked for bondo using a posipen (google it).
BTW, and I know this is against the rules, but I have a powder coated hood for sale. You get the hood + $10. :D
 
To the OP, have you considered an industrial equipment paint like they paint backhoes and loaders with? I've heard it can be hard to buy for some reason, but the durability is really good
