Power Mirror Swap..... Question

My 91 jimmy has power mirrors, but the motor is bad in the passenger mirror. I bought the stainless manual mirrors and went to put them on, but there are studs sticking out of the door that the power mirror bolts to. but they are in the way of the mounting spot for the manual mirror.

SHOULD I JUST GRIND THESE OFF??
anyone else delt with this?

I can't be of any help but just want to let you know that Wes (thatk30guy) is looking for some power mirrors so he'd probably be interested in your take-offs.

Yes! As John said, I'm looking for some. Don't grind them off or damage them in any way, shape or form. Just kindly remove them and pack them in a box to get ready to ship to me.
