Looking into a PS cooler & i dont have room on my frame rails. or none that i feel comfortable with.

Some people have problems running them on the radiator, as it causes a bit of "belching" of the fluid.

Any other ideas?

my stock one is on the underside of the engine crossmember.

are you worried about it getting smashed or stones from the road being thrown up onto it??

I bought the smallest tranny cooler the parts store had (5 1/2 X 11 or so). I routed it in the return line and attached it to some expanded steel in front of my radiator. I used some old gardenhose to protect the lines from chafing.

im just putting this together

Mine's mounted in front of the radiator. Make sure you mount it so that the hoses are on top if the res. is not above the cooler. Mine has a remote fill from the hydroboost so my hose routing didn't matter much, the res. is above everything.

The later 80's model blazers had a factory P/S cooler and mounted it under the radiator support just below the radiator.
