Power window switch for driver door Sub/CC

I am looking for a power window switch for the driver door of a Sub or Crewcab. I got my sub with a chopped driver door, and the rest of the windows wont roll down without this switch(it is the main hub of the system). This is the switch with controls for all 4 windows. If you have the wiring available to the cab, that would be great also.

I have a complete pwr window setup from a Crew cab. I know I have the 4 window switch for sure, but I'm not sure about the rest of the switches, I think I sold them already.
Would like to sell as a complete set-up.

I've got a couple of those... I need the smaller 2 switch setup for a 2 door pickup/blazer. No wiring for the cab though. $15 shipped sound good for one switch?

K30, I only need the one switch and if possible the wiring through the door into the cab. I have all the other switches, and they work. If you decide to part it out, let me know so I can convert my driver door to power.
