finally found one :D from a guy i have bought several amps from first through ebay, then after just by im. a rare black precision power 2350dm ( discrete mosfet) for sub, 2x350 watts or 1x700. been looking for one 5 years :waytogo: this amp is destined for the 67 gmc. also included if it will fit are a JL10w7, older diamond audio 6-1/2" hex components (the german ones made by eaton) 8" kicker rmb midbass drivers(in doors) a clarion head unit into an audiocontrol dqx digital sound processor with ddc dash remote. for other speakers a ppi 2150m for the 8" midbass (2x150 watts) possibly a ppi 4200am (4x50) for the diamond audios or another 2150m if i decide to use a passive xover for the fronts. have 8 amps waiting for use so i am gonna use a few :D................finaly got the 2350 dm. pics with amps for system, just gotta see if it all will fit :doah:

Yeah, that's a great amp !!!!!! I always keep an eye out for stuff like that. Usely when I find them, I'm broke at the time, LOL.

I love the older PPI stuff.

...and a/d/s stuff

....and old Alpine head units (7909, etc)

Old Skool PPI, brings back memories of when sound offs were more than just DB Drags.

Nice arsenal of power, I'm jelous.
 
Old school PPI, old school HiFonics as in the Zeus or the Colossus, and the old power 650 by Fosgate are what make my skin shiver.. I'll be running this one myself..

I don't know what I'll be running in my project k5 but I recently won an auction on ebay for 3 PPI art series amps. A PPI 660.2 ans 2-400.2's.

:waytogo: art series rock :D i had a black A1200 for awhile. i ran it mono to a previous jl10w7 for a bit, it pushed it nicely :bow:
 
I wish I was lucky enough to come across one of those 2350's. We ran one of those back in the 90's to 4 Cerwin Vegas 12" in a 84 Elky and wow, those were the days. We'll never see good stuff like that again, they wern't pretty to look at but they F'n pounded. Everything today is cosmetic and for looks.. :rolleyes:
 
Nice amp ya found there.

I have a small collection of old school amps myself. Several RF bbq amps (7 or 8) and enough links to connect them all (like 8 feet of amps lol). Also have a couple old SoundStream Reference amps including a Class A Picasso ill be running to ID horns.

I also have a pair of old PPI Powerclass Pro subs I can't seem to talk myself into selling. :D
