Private Pyle

I have a set of hydro pedals already, but how much would you sell yours for?

We have to get parking permits for work, when I was renewing mine I realized I never added the Blazer under my account so I was doing that this morning. You have to select a color and while they didn't have the color camo listed, they did have rust listed....

I felt personally attacked... LOL.

I just selected green.

I also drove it to work this morning. In the cooler 70/80 degree temps, he runs out well. This afternoon however, once it hits the 100 degrees they are calling for, he wont like it as much.

Just ordered some front shackles and some new sway bar bushings from ORD since they are running a sale for Labor Day. Wanted to order more but that pesky $$ issue arises yet again!

Speaking of $$ we are also working on building a covered deck on the back of our new trailer house. That will be nice once its completed. Have some shade and coverage if its raining or something and still set outside. I'll also move my grill up onto the deck and grill out more since it will be closer to the house and shaded.

The 90s called, said it wants its’ steering wheel back…

Old steering wheel had a wrap on it that was starting to fall apart and the middle of the wheel would feel sticky on hot days.

I use to love these and other GT steering wheels back in the day. This is like my 5th one I believe. Idk how well I’m liking it now though…

Headed to a car show tomorrow so we shall see after some miles/time.

I did go back and add the grease zerks after i drove it down our road and back and torqued everything.

I should've taken a wire brush to the sway bar and painted it but Eventually the blazer will get a lift and cross over steering so I will replace it any ways. This is just a "temporary" fix.

The wife and I went on a drive Sunday afternoon. I was watching a YouTube video from an Offroad Shop out of OKC and they were back roading their vehicles as much as possible to an offroad event in another state. They passed by the Indian Meridian monument and I knew they were fairly close to our house. So I goggled it and found it on the map. Then seen a one room rock jailhouse still showing on the map. So we went and found them yesterday. Kind of neat.

We also drove by the Veterans Memorial in Langston but I forgot to take any pictures.

I’ve posted this before but I finally took the time to pull stuff out of my storage container to try and find this body bushings and body lift. Took me about an hour to find it but I also have the back end of the blazer full of crap to haul to the dump. So there’s that as well!

I took Friday off cause the wife took off also, then I got a call from the Solitaire factory about coming out and fixing some things that were messed up on our new house. I tried to schedule them for Friday since we were going to be off but they were already booked for that day. So they scheduled for this morning. So then I took today off as well. Then I got to thinking about it and decided to just take off Thursday also and burn three days of annual leave as I am also maxed on leave and losing it. So I’m hoping to get the body lift and bushings installed tomorrow and/or Friday.
