I'm probably going to pull the trigger on a 1-3/4 die this week, any vendors here to get one from? Any one know of any current deals / coupon codes anywhere?

I'm looking at 1-3/4 x 6" x 90° die for a Pro Tools 105.

Fishing around it looks like Trick Tools would be just under $300 shipped (die = $271.77+freight).

I got mine from tricktools as well, was the best deal at the time.

After my spare tire hoop debockle, I’ll never buy a 90* die ever again. 180* from here on out.

I see what y'all are saying but damn another $200. :yikes:

Having never owned/used 90* dies, I'm kind of making a guess here....but given spring back of tubing, is it even possible to do a full 90* bend on a 90* die?

Good question from the guy in the front row....

I don't know about all dies but my "90" die is more than 90 actually. Same for the 180....

Oooh...good point. Didn't even think about that I can do a true 180 bend on a 180 die, so it could be assumed the same would be true on a 90. Brain not yet functioning today, lol.

Most 90° dies will bend to 95°-100 °

Most 180° dies will bend that same 5 to 10 degrees over

Buy direct and tell then you have a franks bender. Get 10% off.
Frank's bender uses 105 dies.
