The rear looks ok. The front may need fixed.

Do ya' got any bigger pictures??? :haha: :haha: :haha:

thats what i was thinking about doin, is switching them around. its sitten level but it also has no wieght on the back and i plan on building a rack so it will probably squash more and i think while flexin with the shackles the way they are will make them bottom out before reaching full flex .
whats wrong with the front?shocks too long?

I honest6ly wasnt sure which way is the correct way but they are in oppisite of yours. Oh well at worse case I will have to flip them huh. It looks good though

From your last pic it looks like the shackle angles forward. Having it angle back would be better. A simple fix it to move your shackle mount forward.

what about making longer shackles, im not sure on moving it yet i might be putting the 52's up front :D

if i did it like the tech write up would it work on my stock front springs??
and if i did do this will it effect my lift?

If I remember correctly, Tim (back when he was here) was using stock length springs with the mount moved forward and it worked real well. I was going to move mine on my K20, but decided tonight to scrap it. It's gonna be a fun weekend with the plasma cutter! :weld: :weld: :weld:

Your rear shackle angle looks good as long as you dont put nay more weight on it. So you might want to flip them around or move them back about 1" or so.
As for the front, the shackle angle looks like crap. You wont have any droop and it will ride like junk. Thats what ya get for lots of lift in the springs.

i'll probably try to flip them around because im goin to be building a rack and its not goin to be on the light side ethier. i dont wanna drill anymore holes in the frame.

i flipped the shackles around in the back but, they look like there straight up and down now. i plan on building a pretty heavy duty rack. should i wait till i build it to see if the shackle angle changes. theres no wieght on the back of my truck. ill have pix tomarrow.

I think it's best to wait until the truck is at it's finished weight before setting shackle angles. The angle can change a lot with just a little weight.

thats what i was thinkin, i flipped it cuz i know its goin to get alot heavier. that gas tank on the back is nearly empty. and the rack will probably wiehg 150-200lbs maybe more.hopefully it will squash them down some.
