havnt installed them i gott get n o2 bung drilled in. part number is in the garage i think its like 11500fl or something

Nice Rig, really like how the bumpers came out. Will be waiting for more pics, keep it up!!!!!!!!
i still cant get the friggin front bumper off to put my new one on. i mean those bolts are either rusted on or im not turning the right ones anyone got any pics haynes manual sucks

There are 3 or 4 on each frame ear(3 on sides, 1 on top each side), and two more for the outrigger that go from the outer edge of the bumper to the frame.

I had trouble getting the rear bumper off my parts truck. The carriage bolts would just spin in the bracket so I couldn't get the nuts off. I gave up and scrapped it with the bumper still on. To get it off I would have had to probly cut off the heads or grind flats into them so I could grab them with a wrench,

i got it at pull a part i think its a modified arb bumper i will sell it for $600 bucks if i cant get it on

did you try anymore at getting the bumper bolts off? if you don't want to burn them off you can always get an air gun or a breaker bar and a piece of pipe

i may try tommorow. tommorow and well part of today was/will be tear down of the interior. all panels carpet is coming out and getting prepped for herculiner soon. and i have to somehow patch a hole in the back prob. with a piece of steel and pop revit it in there and put some bondo over top of it or something. then cut the fender wells some time this week

in the very back drivers side by the gate. i was going to put a piece of meteal under it and poprivit it in there than bondo over top of it and put herc on top of that. im gonna do about 2-3 coats of herc. and i cant find anywhere that sells metal

ALSO my headers i bought dont have an o2 bung is 20 bucks a good price to have one put in? just got a quote the other day? thanks guys

X2, I wouldn't put herc over bondo. If you make a nice enough patch you'll hardly notice it once it is herc'ed.

i dont know how to weld so how am i sopposed to attach the metal sheet to the..metal:confused:

Just hook one clamp of your jumper cables to the patch, and the other clamp to the floor. Hook the other end of the cables to a battery and drop the patch in place. Done!:haha: I'm kidding, please don't do this and blame me for any damages.:doah:
