Project cheap tow rig, 94 cummins...

Thanks

Got the boost and egt gauges mocked in, need to finish the bezel and wire the lights still

Installed the 3k gsk, man what a difference that made

Makes almost 40 psi now, egt's stay below 1200

Fast enough to be a little scary now, looking forward to seeing how it tows

Told ya, hey. Best thing for drivability. The gsk doesn't add any power though. Just redistributes it over a larger curve. And that's huge.

Injectors and OFV next weekend

Just stayed with rebuilt stock 215 injectors 5x.01025 VCO

Going to get the torqtek OFV that is set at 31psi so I don't have to worry about buying a fuel pressure gauge

I did an adjustable OVF in my old 12v. I also had a gauge though.

Did you notice any difference in how it ran? I don't think I have any symptoms of a bad ofv

After installed a fuel pressure gauge it was a little lower than spec. Truck ran fine but figured should change it. Got a standard ofv and it had lower fp than my original one so contacted the selled and he traded me out for an adjustable for the difference. After that I was at spec and didn't really notice and difference in engine running than originally.

Runs way better

Much more power down low, and runs way smoother after 2000, pulls a few hundred more rpm also

Best 5 minutes and $50 bucks I've spent on my truck
