OK, I'll bite. 
Why do you call it a K1. My current theory is because of the 1 ton drivetrain but numerically it doesn't make sense. K10 to K30 vs. K5 to K1. 
Also, that drivetrain rocks. I am officially jealous.

It's a k chassis with an H-1 drivetrain, I don't know HK, KMMWV, KH, H5! K-1 just fit the best I think.. I guess not

I need to ask what brand and kit number are the poly cab bushings?
They don't look right from where I see at the radiator support. They look like the '81'-91 mounts where the '73-'80 mounts are different. Maybe I'm wrong or maybe you don't have the right mounts.

The kit is from Energy suspension, it's another one of those JC Whitney purchases. The box said it was for 73-77, I had trouble with some of the rear pucks. The body lift kit I got from ORD came with wrong sized bolts! so nothing in that area has been slam dunk.
As for the core support they do look like the factory ones? this is a 75..
