Damn Larry! I almost had a coronary reading that first sentence! DON'T DO THAT TO ME! For a minute I thought you went all soft and wussified on us!

Hehe, the funny thing this is I have actually read some really nice build threads on Expo where a person spends a ton of money and time building something then ditches the vehicle at a loss after a simple set back. I wouldn't get rid of the Burb. Heck, we'll prolly still have the '68, '78, and '89 long after this hoe is used up and gone.

Getting rid of a rig after you've built it up is like stopping 2 yards short of the goal line in a football game and saying, "oh screw it, I give up because it's just too hard".
My 4 year old told me the other day that I am not allowed to get rid of "her suburban" because she likes it too much. Besides, I've got too much to do to make it truly mine anyway. I can't give up on her just yet.
That would be called burnout. Too much time working and not enough time enjoying. Makes it easy to dump it off
I didn’t get rid of my Burb! Just added a new rig to the fleet for the wife.I was with you. I was just answering bout how you said people have done it on expo.

I have these on the K10 as well and love them as with the window cracked a bit they allow fresh air in but keep all the wind and noise out. They also help quiet down the vent wing noise the square body style rigs are famous for.

Awesome capability mod!
So with that style of vent visor how far can you open the wing windows? I have been wanting to do the same thing but I still like using my wing windows.
