Psc pump people

It's 1/4 inch line. I just grabbed a fuel filter for now.

I can't find anything to plug the aux port. The fittings are not pipe thread. :dunno:

The fittings are either AN or JIC from the pic, most likely AN. A speed shop will have AN stuff, they have caps (a plug would be a male fitting, caps are female) sold in dash sizes...as in -6, -8 and so on. A hydraulic shop would also have them, if you have a problem tell me asap, I most likely have a cap and could throw it in the mail tomorrow if you want. Just need a size.

There are no speed shops here.

I always call Swetty for my parts numbers.

So what's going to happen the first time fluid pukes out of the line and clogs the fuel filter all up with power steering fluid? Your system won't be able to breathe.

I think you're worrying about this too much. If you supposedly dunk your truck so often what's it matter? You're having to change fluids in everything regularly anyways.
I don't run any inner fenders and my line is zip tied down to the frame with some slack in it and after a ton of trail miles and flinging snow this winter my fluid is clean and clear.

Correct answer.

You would have to submerge you truck above the top of the res for a decent amount of time for the water to get filled up that 1/4" hose all the way in the reservoir.

You guys may be right. I could be worrying about this too much.

I have everything installed and working.

I'm not sure how the line attaches to that brass fitting on the lid. I've never used this type of fitting before. :dunno:

I can't tell for sure but I think that's a push in plastic line fitting. Just push the plastic line into the fitting.

I have tried just pushing it in and it falls right back out. It's possible I wasn't forcing it hard enough. My fingers were about frozen by the time I called it a night.

Thanks :D

The aux port is supposed to be used for the hydro boost in. I called ord and asked.

Ord also said using a filter on the end of the breather line would be ok.

The fuel filter I had picked up doesn't fit because the breather line is 1/4 in od and I'm wicked smart so I got a 1/4 id filter.
